If you’re on Twilio, absolutely—port your numbers to CIBIDI or deploy new toll-free/local lines. Setup is included in your onboarding. If you’re using any other provider, numbers must be moved to Twilio to work with CIDIDI.

Al Voice Agent Setup

Yes. During your onboarding, we upload and analyze your existing sales scripts, FAQs, product sheets, and call recordings. Our AI models are then fine-tuned with that data—so your agents speak your language, know your offerings, and handle objections just like a seasoned rep in your vertical. Continuous feedback loops let us refine performance over time.

Each plan comes with 1,000 included minutes (subject to adjustment based on your selected package), giving you a strong starting point for outbound and inbound calls. If you hit your limit, you can seamlessly add more minutes or upgrade your package on the fly. Our infrastructure scales elastically, so you’ll never miss a call—you simply pay for any additional minutes used.
